With a processing capacity of 5–20 tonnes of UBCs per day, the facility can produce approximately 4–18 tonnes of aluminium ingots daily, depending on operational scale and efficiency. The plant will operate 300 working days annually, using state-of-the-art furnaces, casting lines, and quality assurance systems. The final ingots can be sold locally to manufacturers or exported to international markets, taking advantage of high global demand and favorable metal prices.

The economic case for UBC recycling and ingot production is strong. Recycling aluminium consumes only 5% of the energy required to produce primary aluminium from bauxite, offering substantial cost savings and environmental benefits. The business can generate revenue through both local sales to industrial buyers and exports to countries with strong aluminium manufacturing sectors. 

Profitability is further enhanced by low input costs, as UBCs are widely available and can be sourced through partnerships with beverage companies, municipal waste collection programs, and informal scrap collectors.
